Beginners Pilates
This is a non-progressive beginners class which is to reiterate breathing technique, activation, exercise technique and all the level one exercises.

There'll also be included in this some stretch, release and mobility. In the first half of the class we'll always go over the basics/breathing activation/positioning and the rest will remain at a low lever for beginners, newbies, people in pain, those who want to slow down to go back to basics.
