Michelle has many years experience of meditation with her own practice and has taught mindfulness and meditation to kids and teens during her years as a teacher at the Living Wisdom School where it was part of the programme for students.
We are in an era of increased stress from challenging family situations, the education system and the technological age in which we live. Kids these days need something to help them navigate their lives into calmer waters and which gives them tools to live their lives with wisdom and clarity.
They are under enormous pressure at school and the anxiety that comes with too much homework and exam and grades pressure for example, can be greatly helped by simple meditation and mindfulness practices.
