BEGINNER
A dynamic class incorporating functional movement patterns, balance, strength and mobility.

This faster-paced class will generate a bit more heat than other classes and is suitable for those who wish to progress from isolated exercises to more complex combined movements and co-ordination. This is a progressive class and for people who are not in pain wish to push their body to the next level.

This is not suitable for anyone who hasn't done Pilates before.
