This is a functional class specifically for those who enjoy running at any level. The class aims to increase your biomechanical stability and keep you injury free at any distance and give tips on how to get the maximum benefit from your training regime.
This is a level 2/3 class suitable for anyone who runs. These classes will focus on more dynamic movement without impact and will focus on developing muscle control and technique to keep you strong, mobile and injury free for your running.
Due to the pace of this class, these classes are not suitable for beginners as a certain level of stability and core control is required and presumed.
